Delegates at the ICMIF Biennial Conference 2017 will see some shining examples of global cooperation in practice across multi-stakeholder groups. This will include examples from the mutual and cooperative insurance leaders of tomorrow as part of the new ICMIF Young Leaders Programme which will be run for the first time ever as part of the 2017 Biennial Conference. ICMIF member organisations are being encouraged to reward their next generation of leaders with this unique, tailor-made programme of networking and personal development as well as allowing the leaders of tomorrow to experience the main Conference agenda. ICMIF’s new video includes some of the Young Leaders and their CEOs from member organisations talking about the benefits of attending the ICMIF Biennial Conference.
This new and unique programme is designed for young leaders (generally aged between 18 and 35) from mutual and cooperative insurers and will give them the chance to attend the ICMIF Biennial Conference 2017 at a discounted fee as well as participate in exclusive breakfast sessions and networking events designed specifically to meet their interests.
The ICMIF Biennial Conference is a global gathering of mutual and cooperative insurance leaders from around the world which focuses on the leadership challenges, strategies and successes in our sector within a unique, international environment of cooperation and sharing.
Those participating in the Young Leaders Programme will have the chance to learn from their peers at other ICMIF member companies and also enjoy the opportunity to network with senior executives, industry leaders and key external influencers from around the world.
The programme will provide an excellent opportunity for ICMIF member companies to both develop and reward their younger employees, exposing them to the industry on a global scale and allowing them to participate in discussions about how the mutual and cooperative sector can attract and retain the best Gen Y talent in the future.
This is the first time that ICMIF is inviting its members to bring their future leaders to participate in the Young Leaders Programme. Those taking part in the new Pogramme will also benefit from a 50% discount on the standard Conference fees.
