ICMIF member virtual roundtables for strategy leaders

25 March 2021 or 13 April 2021

ICMIF will host a second series of virtual roundtable discussions for strategic leaders at member companies on the topic of the mutual difference. These roundtables will look at how mutual/cooperative insurers within the ICMIF membership leverage the mutual value proposition to create a positive differentiator and gain a competitive advantage. They will provide a great opportunity for leaders to share and learn from the diverse competencies and experiences of other ICMIF members through discussions around a common strategic issue.

In October 2020, ICMIF hosted the first round of these roundtables, in which 52 strategy leaders from 34 ICMIF member organisations in 18 countries participated.

Each roundtable will last two hours and will be hosted on a virtual platform. Based on member demand, we plan to host an increased number of these roundtables,so that the number of member companies involved in each roundtable will be limited to ensure maximum value for each participant and diversity in each discussion. For this reason, a maximum of two participants from each member company will be able to join each of the various discussions.

These virtual roundtables are aimed at C-suite executives, heads of strategy and strategic leaders, but are also open to any CEO or senior leader from ICMIF member organisations.

This round of roundtables will take place on 25 March 2021 or 13 April 2021 (exact timings will be confirmed shortly).

Places will be limited so we recommend that if you and/or a colleague are interested in participating please click here to register, specifying a preferred date and also confirming availability for second choice.

More details on the topic and structure of the discussions of these virtual roundtables will be sent to those that are interested soon. Technical arrangements for joining each session will also be confirmed in due course. For now, we kindly ask that you confirm your interest as soon as possible.
