The over-arching theme of the 2019 ICMIF Biennial Conference was “The future of mutuality”, and this drove an agenda focused on the future of the customer-owned model in insurance and how ICMIF members are creating sustainable, competitive advantage. In this webinar, three young professionals who attended the Conference in Auckland as part of the ICMIF Young Leaders Programme, discuss the key themes of the Conference and share their learnings, providing their own perspective on some of strategic issues and emerging trends that are currently high on the agenda of many of the CEOs and senior leaders in our sector.
