Canadian ICMIF member Assumption Life has revealed record sales and profits for the year 2024, representing the best year in its history. The announcement was made during the company’s annual general meeting, held both in person and online on 28 February 2025.
“These results illustrate our team’s commitment to going above and beyond. By placing people at the heart of our actions, we cultivate strong and lasting engagement. Through the concerted efforts of our people, we have optimised our processes, thereby enhancing our performance and efficiency. We have also enriched the experience by strengthening our attentiveness and proximity—both in the field with our advisors and business partners and online through the transformation of our platform,” said Sébastien Dupuis, President and CEO, Assumption Life.
Additionally, the company reaffirmed its commitment to responsible business practices by renewing its B Corp certification. Assumption Life says this international recognition places the company among the most committed organisations in terms of social and environmental responsibility.
“Our constructive culture has fostered a high level of engagement. This exceptional year is the result of the passion, efforts, and commitment of our people. Their dedication and collaboration are at the heart of our success. We warmly thank them for their valuable contribution,” added Sébastien Dupuis.
