Building on Asia Affinity’s footprint in both developed and emerging economies in Asia Pacific, the partnership focuses on deploying RightIndem’s Claims Routing and Supply Chain Orchestration tools, to clients in key markets in both Northeast and Southeast Asia. Asia Affinity says it will integrate the RightIndem digital claims platform within all key service verticals; developing a suite of digital claims services to support both individual and catastrophe claims handling.

ICMIF member Asia Affinity Holdings, one of Asia’s leading providers of Financial Services, digital empowerment and service innovation solutions for the SME and small community sectors, has this week announced the launch of a partnership and business alliance with RightIndem to further validate and extend its global drive towards integrated digital claims processing solutions.

Building on Asia Affinity’s footprint in both developed and emerging economies in Asia Pacific, the partnership will focus on deploying RightIndem’s Claims Routing and Supply Chain Orchestration tools, to clients in key markets in both Northeast and Southeast Asia.

Asia Affinity says it will integrate the RightIndem digital claims platform within all key service verticals; developing a suite of digital claims services to support both individual and catastrophe claims handling.

When combined within Asia Affinity’s blockchain enabled policy processing and management platforms, it will deliver a fully integrated suite of services allowing the partnership to service a broad range of Asia Affinity’s ecosystem partners, delivering cost effective Straight Through Processing and adding measurable and repeatable value to both customer and consumer transactions.

Initial deliveries in Japan within both the Insurer and Small-Amount and Short-Term Insurance (SASTI) environment will be a significant milestone for RightIndem, which is expanding its international footprint to markets which host some of the world’s largest insurance players.
