P&V Insurance Group and Vander Haeghen & C ° join forces

Belgian ICMIF member the P&V Group, the cooperative insurer known for its Vivium and P&V brands, has joined the shareholding of the underwriting agency Vander Haeghen & C °.

Vander Haeghen & C ° is an insurance company specializing in special risks and solutions for niche clients. Founded in 1997 by Roger and Christiane Vander Haeghen, the family business Vander Haeghen was once part of the Swiss insurance group Nationale Suisse before being sold to the English group Starstone.

Today, Vander Haeghen & C ° once again proudly displays its Belgian identity and family values. The P&V Group is a company firmly anchored in the Belgian insurance market and a major brokerage player through the Vivium brand. In real terms, the P&V Group has taken a stake in Vander Haeghen & C ° and is now a shareholder alongside the Vander Haeghen family, represented by Bertrand Vander Haeghen and Frédéric de Haan.

Complementary expertise

The P&V Group and Vander Haeghen & C ° both share a deep knowledge of the Belgian insurance market with a similar positioning and a strong involvement towards what they refer to as a legitimately demanding clientele.

Vander Haeghen & C ° offers high-end solutions and offers cover for luxury cars, vintage vehicles, motorcycles, prestigious houses, art collections, insurance of inheritance rights and many other tailor-made solutions. Their offer is marketed in collaboration with insurance brokers.
