In support of Belgian Pride 2021, the exterior of the P&V Group head office building will be lit up with a rainbow throughout this week.

This is a way for the P&V Group to recall, as it has for several years now, the importance of equality, the fight against all forms of discrimination and the fight for a more inclusive society.

The organisers of Belgian Pride have chosen #WeCare as the theme for the 2021 edition, which takes place online only. A theme which is particularly in line with the values, vision and mission that the P&V Group has set for itself.

Hilde Vernaillen, CEO, P&V Group and Chair of ICMIF said: “As a cooperative, we place the desire to work for an inclusive society, a society where everyone finds their place and is respected at the heart of our reason for being. The P&V Group adheres to this on a daily basis in the products and services it offers to its customers, in particular by attaching major importance to insurance that is accessible to as many people as possible.”

In this very special time, taking care of others, being attentive to the well-being of one’s family, friends, colleagues and neighbours is essential for the P&V Group which believes strongly that this interpersonal solidarity must last beyond the pandemic.

It is this message of hope for an inclusive and tolerant society that the P&V Group sends to every passer-by, cyclist, motorist and public transport user who will see the rainbow illuminated on the facade of its headquarters every night until the 25 May 2021.

For member-only strategic content on the cooperative/mutual insurance sector, ICMIF members have exclusive access to a range of online resources through the ICMIF Knowledge Hub.
