2025 DATE NOW CONFIRMED: 16 April
As part of its virtual member services offering, ICMIF regularly hosts virtual roundtable discussions for strategic leaders at member companies. These roundtables provide a great opportunity for leaders to share and learn from the diverse competencies and experiences of other ICMIF members through discussions around a common strategic issue. More than 300 senior executives and CEOs have participated in virtual roundtables hosted since 2020, representing more than 110 member organisations in 40 countries.
This virtual roundtable is a unique opportunity for strategy leaders to connect, learn and discuss approaches to customer experience (CX), customer-centricity and customer journeys with peers across ICMIF’s global network. The session will include discussions around the following topics:
- How is CX valued in your business and how are you and your team measured?
- How customer-centric is your organisation? How do different departments contribute to successful outcomes?
- How is your CX strategy developed and communicated? Does your organisational culture influence the process and how both challenges and opportunities are factored in?
- How do you deliver and track CX success?
- How do you adapt to new technologies and evolving customer behaviours?
The roundtable session on this topic will take place (from 2pm-4pm BST, UK time) on:
- Wednesday 16 April 2025
These virtual roundtables are aimed at C-suite executives, heads of CX strategy and strategic leaders, but are also open to any CEO or senior leader from ICMIF member organisations.
The roundtable will last two hours and will be hosted on a virtual platform. A maximum of two participants from each member company will be able to join the discussion.
