ICMIF Biennial Conference 2024: Collaborating with purpose
The 2024 ICMIF General Meeting highlighted the Federation's transformative progress and future trajectory under the theme of resilience and purpose-driven impact. The meeting showcased ICMIF’s 2023-2024 Member Impact Report, illustrating record engagement, strategic advancements, and global partnerships that drive inclusive resilience for members and their communities. Outgoing CEO Shaun Tarbuck reflected on 20 years of leadership, celebrating the Federation’s financial stability, membership growth, and impactful initiatives like the UN-partnered Insurance Innovation Challenge. Incoming CEO Liz Green pledged to elevate ICMIF's influence by strengthening global collaborations and fostering innovation, while Rob Wesseling, ICMIF Chair, emphasised the collective power of mutuals in achieving social responsibility.
