ICMIF SVP to give keynote presentation at 2nd Mutual Insurance Conference

The second edition of the Mutual Insurance Conference (MIC) takes place in Croatia on 19 September 2019, to explore the development potential and challenges for mutual insurers and Central and Eastern European countries. Under the theme “CEE countries – a new market boost?“, the MIC brings together mutual insurance practitioners, academics, trade union leaders and regulators/policymakers.

ICMIF’s SVP Business Intelligence, Faye Lageu, will be the keynote speaker, presenting insights about the influence of digitalisation as a driver of new approaches and perspectives on what it means to be a cooperative/mutual insurer.

Paul Koronka, CEO of Regis Mutual Management Ltd (RMML), will also provide a keynote presentation at the event on “How to build a mutual insurance company: current business challenges”. RMML is the mutual manager of ICMIF member companies Unimutual Ltd (Australia), The Retail Mutual and Liveries Companies’ Mutual (both UK).
