This online development opportunity for ICMIF Young Leaders (generally those aged 35 years and under), is a blended learning programme that combines the flexibility of self-paced, on-demand learning with the interactive benefits of live, virtual networking sessions.

Open to all emerging and high potential professionals, this virtual forum meets quarterly and provides a platform for Young Leaders to network and exchange ideas with peers at similar levels stages of their careers.
