Case studies will explore how members are equipping teams with the right skills, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and evolving leadership models to support sustainable thinking at every level. The session will also examine how to engage key stakeholders - including senior leadership and boards of directors - in championing this transformation. Participants will hear how organisations are securing board buy-in, aligning governance structures with ESG priorities, and building accountability frameworks that reinforce long-term cultural and strategic alignment.

This session will explore how ICMIF members are driving people-led approaches to climate resilience - through community-focused education, grassroots engagement, and climate adaptation programmes. Participants will hear practical examples of how fellow ICMIF member organisations are working with members and alongside local communities to build long-term resilience in the face of growing climate-related risks.

Featuring real-world solutions, the session will highlight how data-driven underwriting, proactive risk mitigation, and innovative product design are enabling insurers to shift from reactive to forward-looking models - better equipping them to manage and adapt to an increasingly complex landscape of rising and interconnected global risks.

From co-developing products and sharing data infrastructure to pooling resources and scaling innovation, these roundtable discussions will highlight the huge opportunity ICMIF members have for trusted collaboration across the mutual sector and the potential to strengthen resilience, drive transformation, and achieve sustainability targets.
