La Mobilière launches a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs with the creation of companies

Happy entrepreneur speaking on the phone while working on a laptop in her warehouse. Online store owner making plans for product shipping. Creative businesswoman running an e-commerce small business.

Foundera, a new subsidiary from Swiss ICMIF member La Mobilière, offers all the services needed to become professionally independent and to set up a company.

The subsidiary was developed to help people navigate the numerous questions that arise on the path to professional independence. For example, entrepreneurs have to decide which legal form to choose, which documents to compile, which market analyses to carry out, which marketing measures to implement, and which financing and insurance to take out.

La Mobilière’s digital business start-up platform, Foundera, supports the founders of new enterprises from the very beginning of their business idea and helps them through all stages of the process and beyond. After incorporation, the company offers tips and tricks to simplify the day-to-day work, such as Bexio’s accounting services and insurance that is relevant to their situation. Interested parties simply select the right start-up package for their situation and then let themselves be guided through the various stages of setting up a business.

Foundera AG is an operationally independent subsidiary of La Mobilière. As Managing Director, Dario Renato Morf is responsible for its development. Three years ago, he founded his own company in Zurich, which specialises in employee development for SMEs. Before becoming self-employed, he worked for Zurich Insurance in various positions for eight years.

“Foundera plays a key role in our offering for SMEs,” says Andrea Kleiner, Head of Business Development at La Mobilière. “We support Swiss SMEs throughout their entire life cycle, from start-up to business management and development, particularly in the area of innovation, so that they can concentrate on their core business.”
