This ICMIF Young Leader webinar hears from two young leaders discussing how their mutual/cooperative insurance companies have designed internal professional networks which are aimed at connecting and developing millennial employees. Each young leader talks about the network(s) at their organisation and, from these case studies, hear how these networks are providing new professional and personal opportunities; improving employee engagement; and details of the positive impacts that the youth voice and perspective are having on their respective organisations.
