In this session, NFU Mutual (UK) will share how, through the creation of their CX Blueprint, they have set out a vision for customer experience (CX) dominance. It will explore how this blueprint is starting to democratise CX and empower teams within NFU Mutual to make informed decisions that support the overarching business goal of dominating in customer experience. Practical insights will be shared on the journey that’s been undertaken so far to create and implement the CX Blueprint, as well as what is next.
This session will also include roundtable discussions providing the opportunity for participants from other ICMIF members to share their own experiences, insights and journeys relating to customer experience, as well highlighting common CX-related topics that could be discussed in further detailed at future virtual sessions.
